Quiet Living is a calm, no-pressure reflection journal designed for real life.
Each month includes original abstract watercolour art, a gentle intention, and a short personal story, followed by weekly reflections, optional daily check-ins, and a closing monthly reflection.

What it is

Quiet Living is a year-long guided journal built for people who want clarity and calm without pressure to keep up. There are no rules. No perfect routine. Start anywhere, skip pages, return whenever you’re ready.

Each month begins with original abstract watercolour art and a short personal story to set the tone. You’ll then move through a monthly intention, four weekly reflection pages, optional daily check-ins (in a simple rotating format), and a monthly reflection to gather what you’re learning and release what no longer belongs.

Who it’s for

Quiet Living is for people who carry burdens. It’s for anyone living with stress, uncertainty, grief, caregiving weight, health challenges, or the quiet strain of everyday life.

Some of the personal stories are shaped by lived experience with diabetes, but the reflections are written to be widely transferable — steadying support for whatever you may be carrying.

How it works

Each month follows the same calm structure:

  • Monthly Intention
Choose a direction you want to lean toward. Not a goal or task, just a posture that supports you.

  • Weekly Reflection
Four weekly pages help you recenter and notice what matters.

  • Daily Check-Ins (optional)
Simple rotating prompts that invite quiet reflection.
Low-energy day: one sentence for each prompt is enough.

  • Monthly Reflection
A spacious closing page to gather what you learned, release what no longer belongs, and soften into what’s next.

  • Personal-use License

  • Quiet Living files are licensed for personal use only. You may download and use the files on your own devices and print copies for your own use. You may not share, distribute, resell, reproduce for commercial use, or upload the files to any public or private sharing sites.

  • Three gentle ways to use it

If you want the simplest rhythm, try one of these:

    • Minimum use: Monthly Intention + one Weekly Reflection

    • Steady rhythm: One Weekly Reflection each week

    • Daily support: Use Daily Check-Ins whenever you want, even a few times a week
